Baked Stew
Serves 5 to 6
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 Lbs. Stew Meat
  • 1 CUP Diced Potatoes
  • 1 CUP Diced Celery
  • 1 CUP Carrots
  • 1 Medium Chopped Onion
  • 8 OUNCES Tomato Sauce
  • 2 TSP. Tapioca
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/4 CUP of Red Wine

Directions

1. Mix all (except for Red WINE together)
2. Cover and Bake 5 hours at 250°F
3. Add 1/4 Cup Red Wine Before Done
